2. Information We Collect
- Contact and order details: name, e-mail address, phone number, billing and delivery address, order contents and delivery instructions (for example a liftgate request).
- Payment details: processed by our payment provider; we receive only a confirmation, the card type and the last four digits.
- Communications: messages you send us through the contact form, e-mail or phone.
- Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed and referring site, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see section 6).
3. How We Use Your Information
- To process and deliver your order, including sharing your name, address and phone number with the freight or parcel carrier.
- To answer your questions and handle returns, exchanges and warranty enquiries.
- To detect and prevent fraud and to keep the website secure.
- To send our newsletter if you subscribed - you can unsubscribe at any time from any e-mail.
- To meet accounting, tax and other legal obligations.
4. Who We Share Information With
- Our e-commerce platform (Shopify), which hosts the store and processes orders on our behalf.
- Payment providers, to take payment securely.
- Freight and parcel carriers, and our order-tracking provider, to deliver and track your order.
- Advertising and analytics partners, only as described in section 6 and subject to your choices.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
5. How Long We Keep It
We keep order records for as long as required by tax and accounting rules (generally up to 7 years) and other personal information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for.
6. Cookies
We use cookies that are necessary for the store to work (cart, checkout, security) and, subject to your choices, cookies for analytics and advertising (for example to measure visits that come from our Google ads). Shopify's built-in privacy tools record your choices; you can opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for targeted advertising at any time on Your Privacy Choices. 7. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your state of residence and the privacy law that applies there (for example the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act), you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to access it, correct it, delete it, receive a copy of it and opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal information and profiling. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

8. Security
We use encrypted (HTTPS) connections, a PCI DSS-compliant checkout and access controls to protect your information. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify you as required by law if a breach affects you.
9. Children
Our store is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
